What training does ARXIBALD offer?

Three flagship programmes: Augmented Leadership, Deciding with AI, and Next-Generation Resilience. Each programme is tailor-made for CODIR, COMEX and senior executives.

What does the Deciding with AI training involve?

It is the ARXIBALD method of collective decision-making under pressure, augmented by AI: deciding fast, well and with incomplete data, as the Special Forces do in operations.

Is the training in-house or inter-company?

Both, mainly in-person. The 70/20/10 teaching model prioritises field practice (70%), feedback (20%) and theory (10%), with simulations and AI serious games.

How much does an ARXIBALD training programme cost?

Pricing starts at €600 excl. VAT per day per person. It depends on the number of participants and the type of programme defined. As each programme is tailor-made, the exact price is set by quote.

How long does it take to build a tailor-made programme?

About 3 weeks. Groups range from 2 to 500 participants, and delivery is available in French, English and Spanish, anywhere in the world.
