Former officers, operators or specialists from the French or allied Special Forces. Each facilitator is selected according to your organisation's priority themes.

• The fundamentals of Special Forces leadership: the leader's DNA, people at the centre, initiative valued, with field simulations and a debrief of your own leadership style.
• Mastering AI in service of command: an overview of AI types, sovereignty issues and modes of use, configuring and orchestrating AI agents, the art of the prompt to write precise orders, and practical cases drawn first from the military and then from business.
• AI Serious Game: a command-under-pressure scenario in hybrid human / AI-agent teams, where each participant steers their own agents in real time, followed by an operational debrief.
• Embedding and taking action: prompt optimisation, pre-configured AI agents ready to deploy, an individual and collective action plan, and the ARXIBALD closing ceremony.

At least 2 years of management experience. No technical AI prerequisites; the tools are accessible at all levels.

AI Serious Game (real-world simulation), individual debrief by a Special Forces expert, and a record of skills acquired.

• The Special Forces decision method: the founding principles of the Special Forces, learning the ARXIBALD method of collective decision-making, applying it to a practical crisis case without AI, then debriefing biases and sticking points.
• AI as a decision-making co-pilot: integrating AI into the process, sovereignty and control issues (keeping the decision in your hands), workshops to augment collective decision-making in real time, and building personalised decision prompts.
• AI Serious Game: the crisis scenario replayed, this time augmented by AI, with scoring of decision quality before / after and a collective debrief.
• Transposition to business: designing your own "ARXIBALD agent" for augmented decision support, and the ARXIBALD closing ceremony.

A decision-making or managerial role. No technical prerequisites; the method is designed to be operational immediately.

No specific prerequisites. The programme is accessible at all hierarchical levels. Comfortable clothing is recommended for some practical workshops.

Before/after resilience self-assessment (validated questionnaire), a final simulation, and a personalised resilience protocol.
