An ARXIBALD team building in Biarritz is built around scenarios drawn from the Special Forces: indoor serious games, an outdoor Leader Training Course, and open-air activities between ocean and mountains (surfing, trail running, kayaking, climbing). Every sequence ends with a structured debriefing, so the team leaves with lessons it can use at work.
