Learning objectives

By the end of the training, the participant is able to:

  • Apply the principles of decentralised command from the Special Forces.
  • Develop agile, resilient and unifying leadership suited to uncertain environments.
  • Understand how AI agents work and use them to enhance their management and behavioural analysis.
  • Build a high-performance team culture that integrates AI.
  • Apply AI in real time in a command context under pressure (Serious Game).

Programme

Day 1, deciding under pressure: the Mission Command model (intent, freedom of action, accountability), decision-making biases, simulations under time constraints. Day 2, training and developing others: candid operational debriefing, individual development plan, development interview. Final assessment based on a real case brought by the participant. Duration: 2 days (tailor-made formats from 2 to 4 days, short formats from 2 hours).

Teaching methods

Field simulations and debriefing of one's own style, mastery of AI in service of command (types of AI, agents, the art of prompting), AI Serious Game in mixed human / AI-agent teams, consolidation and action plan.
