Learning objectives

Programme

Day 1, deciding under pressure: the Mission Command model (intent, freedom of action, accountability), decision-making biases, simulations under time constraints. Day 2, training and developing others: candid operational debriefing, individual development plan, development interview. Final assessment based on a real case brought by the participant. Duration: 2 days (tailor-made formats from 2 to 4 days, short formats from 2 hours).

Teaching methods

Field simulations and debriefing of one's own leadership style, a command-under-pressure Serious Game, consolidation and action plan.
