Three days of immersion to strengthen leaders' leadership, decision-making and project management, by transposing the methods of the Special Forces to the business world.
This immersive programme prepares people in positions of responsibility to lead their teams and projects with greater assurance. It alternates demanding scenarios, structured input, operator testimonies and collective debriefs, up to a final synthesis mission run in a complex situation. It is led by professionals from the Special Forces, with safety maintained throughout: the immersion is deliberately non-physical and open to all.

The programme takes place in Biarritz, in an exceptional setting between ocean and mountains. Participants are accommodated and catered for on site, in an atmosphere that fosters cohesion and perspective. Each morning opens with a free activity (running, surfing, Basque pelota) before action-driven days: 70 % scenarios, 20 % debrief, 10 % structured input.
Leaders and managers, in post or taking up a role. No theoretical prerequisites. A deliberately non-physical immersion, open to all.
Active, experiential immersion: supervised scenarios, structured input, operator testimonies and collective debriefs. Following the ARXIBALD approach: 70 % scenarios, 20 % debrief, 10 % theory.
Collective accommodation in Biarritz, equipped room, teaching materials and scenario equipment. Designed and led by Gilles Duplay, founder of ARXIBALD, with facilitators from the Special Forces.
Accessibility for people with disabilities: contact Gilles Duplay (info@arxibald.com). Access time: within 7 days between registration request and start, after signature of the contract.
