ARXIBALD is hiring! We are looking for women and men able to defend a project in front of expert leaders in the morning, and to keep their composure in the evening, when everything goes off the rails, at the bar. The brain of a researcher, the nerve of an MMA fighter. On paper, these two profiles have nothing in common. At ARXIBALD, we want them in the same person.

The Special Forces school trains corporate executives in leadership, collective decision-making and resilience. We transpose the Special Forces' methods of operational excellence and augment them with artificial intelligence. To pass on this level of demand, we need facilitators who embody it. Not speakers. People who think and understand what the words "pressure", "dare" and "win" mean.

The PhD: intellectual rigour, without compromise

"PhD" is not just a degree, it is a standard. We are looking for minds able to master a complex subject in depth, to structure their thinking, to defend an argument against contradiction and to quickly learn what they do not yet know. At a time when artificial intelligence is redefining decision-making and command, we want people who genuinely understand the tools they handle, who can configure them, orchestrate them and show their limits, and who convey that understanding with clarity rather than jargon.

Intellectual rigour, for us, is not an add-on. It is the condition of entry.

"Win a bar fight": think differently, not throw punches

Let's be clear: no, we are not looking for brawlers. We are looking for those who know how to win a bar fight, which has almost nothing to do with fighting. Winning a bar fight means, first of all, thinking differently: seeing the way out no one else has seen, defusing before fists are raised, finding the unexpected angle rather than charging in head-down repeating "forward". It means stepping outside the box when the obvious solution does not work. It means knowing how to bring back calm when tension rises, holding a room of 200 people without being thrown off, facing a conflict head-on instead of fleeing it, and deciding well when comfort is gone. It is presence, composure and moral courage, but above all the ability to think outside the box. These are qualities you do not read in a book: you acquire them in real situations, where mistakes have a price.

Many brilliant people have never broken a sweat. Many brave people no longer read. We refuse to choose between the two.

The rare bird exists

These profiles are rare, but they exist. They are women, men, officers, trainers of team leaders, doctors, psychologists or researchers who have operated in extreme environments. Athletes who are also AI experts, with composure and a deeply rooted sense of the collective. What they have in common is not their background: it is the rare combination of rigour and nerve, of the mind and the field.

Concretely, who we are recruiting

We are expanding our team of facilitators and experts. We are looking for:

• Facilitators from the Special Forces : officers, operators, doctors, psychologists or leader-trainers, with genuine field experience and a desire to pass it on.
• Artificial intelligence experts : able to design and run AI serious games, configure agents and explain clearly without sacrificing rigour.
• High-level educators : doctors, academic researchers or senior consultants, who know how to hold a room of leaders and move them forward.
• Athletes and mental-performance coaches : for the modules on resilience, stress management and surpassing one's limits.

The challenge being to combine all of this at once. These profiles exist. They are the ones who share a common denominator: intellectual excellence and operational nerve, combined.

What you will do at ARXIBALD

You design and deliver tailor-made training programmes and seminars for CODIR, COMEX and senior executives, in Biarritz and across France and Europe. You build simulations and AI serious games, you lead demanding debriefs, and you pass on methods that are directly applicable in the field. You work alongside an exceptional team, around a motto that unites entrepreneurs as much as the founders of the modern "Special Forces" concept.
